BUHAY TAMBAY!

My hair is becoming bushy… So I have to decide if I will shave it off again or let it grow… Whatchathink!?!

On my last post I said that I will put pictures of the Unicare beach party that will happen on Nov. 17-18… But then, no beach party happening! Wanna know why!?!

Earlier, our Operations Manager talked to us about Unicare downsizing. That means resignation or reallocation. We resigned! Yeah right!?!
It’s Christmas… kailangan ko ng pera! So we opt to volunteer to transfer to Northeast Insurance… (I dunno kung tama yung naka hyperlink) Thinking that it would be better that way. Our other option was to go to Horizon (di ko ulit sure kung tama yung naka link). If we go to Horizon, it will be temporary. For two months we will be working for Horizon and go back to Unicare.

But the dilemma there is Unicare will continue the downsizing. Our OM discussed it to us that the PG, small group, the members and the membership group will all be dissolved…  And some of our friends are still there! So ano pa matitira dun, kundi three teams ng providers. So may babalikan ka pa ba…? But I’m not sure if I made the right decision. It was an impromptu thing! Walang
time makapag isip…

What I’m going to miss the most is my team… I love my team…
especially my TL! See yah around APAC grounds! Katie! Despedida!

Well, last installment of my recap post. So, yun… nag resign ako sa ePerformax. Nag review ako sa SRG (Sultan Review Group) for my PT local exams. That is a different story, let’s skip that part… BORING!

But let me say thank you to Sir Edmond Sultan and to my
adviser Sir Third Morales… The best!

Moving forward… So after my review I applied at APAC and lucky me… Natanggap ako, welcome to APAC! I love training. Wala kang ginagawa and at the same time eh bayad ka… But then again… happy times end! Ngayon, I am working for UNICARE as a Provider Services Representative, giving out benefits of the patients and claim status… again… BORING stuff… skip! What I want to share on this post are my batch mates, diverse group of people, but like a rainbow a multitude of colors each layer vibrant and clear by itself but in unison… (HUWHAAAAT!) Anyway, what I was saying, masaya ang mga batch mates ko. Iba ibang kwento ng buhay. Meron doong nurse, meron pang nurse, at may nurse, saka may nurse pa! Haha! In a group of 23 I think 13 are nurses… Pero masaya silang kasama!  Let me share some sleeping anecdotes: When we see someone sleeping, we would cry “wala na sya… iniwan nya na tayo!” until that person wakes up and curse us all! Pero there were
times that we (the crying people) will sleep (with our heads down)… then pag may sumita sa amin eh we will say “wait, I’m praying…” do a sign of the cross and say “what do you need…?” haha! Ang saya lang manloko and get away with it! Haha!

Hmmm… mag Unicare anniversary celebration na on Nov. 17-18. I would like to invite all the Unicare peeps (alabang and cubao) to join the celebration! It would be a blast! Katie (my team leader) will be there and she will sing, saan nyo pa masasaksihan yun but only there! See yah all at the Unicare beach party!
