It was July 1st when California implemented the headset law (or whatever it’s called). It basically tells you that you cannot use your phone while you’re driving unless you are using a hands-free set or headset. Anyway, Kuya Ace uploaded his phone with a voice command feature so it will be easier for him to use it while driving. So ayun, pinag mamalaki ng Kuya Ace yung voice command feature ng phone nya… He’ll say “open contacts” and his phone will open his contacts. He’ll say “call baby” and his phone will ask him “call baby at work or mobile?” then he’ll say “mobile” then his phone will call Ate Fanela’s mobile number. Impressive huh!?! Well, I’m not impressed at all! ‘cuz there was a time that I also used voice command on my phone. It didn’t work out right for SO many reasons (which were unclear to me! Hehe!). Maybe it was my voice pattern (the system did not recognize my voice), maybe there was no such application/ file/ program found or maybe too much background noise, etc… etc…! But I told Kuya Ace that I was only trying to activate the Bluetooth. That shouldn’t be hard to do… and eto pa minuwestra ko pa sa kanya kung pano ko pa sinabi. I said “blu-toot” then the phone did not respond (at all!) and Kuya Ace said “alam ko na kung bakit di ka sinusunod ng phone mo… kasi blu-toot ka ng blu-toot dyan eh dapat Bluetooth…” sabay sabing “BISAYA!” sa akin! (hurt!) haha!
Hayaan mo Kuya Ace, balang araw STRET na ang IN-GLIS ko! Haha!
